This steel and granite scupture has been 'dropped' outside Melbourne's City Hall. Funded [I think] from Melbourne's percent for art programme it makes a wry comment on public spending on art.

I love this. This house on a roundabout in Tilburg is on a circular track and it completes a circle in 20 hours. Because it moves so slowly it can't be a distraction to drivers but because it won't be where it was when you first saw it it is completely disorienting. Great fun.
