This can't be by Banksy...can it ? It's too big it's not in London it's got red in it ......seriously though it makes you think ...perhaps it could be there again...no it's not...yes it is.....But it is preserved in all its glory as part of Liverpool's Year as European Capital of Culture so it must be a Banksy! :-)
