Kelburn Castle

Don't remember the owners being so tolerant of local grafitti when I was a kid ...

Lord Glasgow and his son David are great; they let us use the place for a stonecarving symposium last year after the graffiti guys had finished, we had the whole castle to ourselves (apart from one or two private family areas)There were fourteen of us and we had a wonderful time. you can see us on this link

Thanks very much for sharing. Are all the pieces you made on display at Kelburn now? (As a local, I haven't been there since school trips, and in fact haven't been back to the Largs area for some time as my parents moved to the city a while ago).

Thanks Anne, most of the pieces will be on display in the walled garden - The Plaisance - they are to be installed this Spring.
